Clatsop County Housing Authority, through leadership, partnership and provision of resources will focus on affordable housing preservation and development to create expanded opportunities for Clatsop County residents’ access to safe, clean and affordable housing.

Clatsop County Housing Authority will collaboratively work with community partners to preserve and create safe, affordable workforce housing while supporting our community partners’ efforts to provide supportive services to low and very low income units which we create, own and manage.
