Built in 1933 as St. Mary Hospital, HUD awarded a $335,000 block grant to purchase the building and land, preliminary architectural drawings, and other start-up costs. On December 4, 1981, the $1.7 million development to be known as, Owens-Adair was dedicated; 46 one-bedroom units house the senior and disabled. HUD income restrictions apply.
