June, 2008, a $600,000 HOME grant and a $100,000 Trust Fund grant was awarded to CCHA by Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) to purchase a turn-key project named Wapiti. The Wapiti is for small workforce families, with incomes 60% Area Median Income and below.
Amenities include:
- Two bedrooms
- Stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator
- Dining area with eating bar
- Washer and dryer in laundry room
- HUD HOME income restrictions apply
- No smoking
- No Pets
